The European Biostasis Foundation (EBF) is a nonprofit[1] organization dedicated to basic, translational, and applied research in the areas of biostasis, cryobiology, and biopreservation.[2] Founded in 2019, it is based in Basel, Switzerland.[3][2] With its research / long-term care facility in Rafz,[4] close to Zurich, EBF funds, conducts, and coordinates research projects in Switzerland, Europe, and globally.[2] EBF's Chairman of the Board is Emil Kendziorra.[5]

EBF is Tomorrow Biostasis' main partner for long-term cryopreservation.[6] EBF's long-term care facility was completed in 2022. As of 2023, EBF has at least one cryonics patient.

EBF organized the Biostasis2020 conference in October 2020, the Biostasis2021 conference in October 2021, the Biostasis2022 conference in October 2022, and the Biostasis2023 conference in October 2023.
