Freezing People Is (Not) Easy: My Adventures in Cryonics is a 2014 book written by Bob Nelson with Kenneth Bly and Dr. Sally Magaña.[1] The events described in the book are based on Nelson's recollections.[2] Dialogue has been recreated and names and identifying characteristics have been changed to protect the privacy of individuals.[2]

The book is dedicated to Geneviève de la Poterie, Joseph Klockgether, Sandra Stanley, and Shelby Dzilsky.[3]
